Busy weekend in the club this weekend with our 20s playing Old Crescent tomorrow night in the club at 7.30,

Saturday sees the club open for the start of the 6 Nations with Ireland playing Scotland come along and watch the game on the big screen and enjoy Mary Paul’s hospitality ko 4.45 pm.

U 16 girls play Shannon

Sunday sees our junior cup team take on Mallow in Kilballyowen k.o. 2.00 pm

As well as all underage training on Sunday morning we have our u 15s play nenagh at 11.30 18s home to Skibbereen 1.30 under 8 blitz under 10 blitz u 13s play ennis 11,30

So please be patient getting in in and out of the car park.

Last weekend was a busy weekend across the board on fixtures with our seniors playing Clonmel in the league and our 2nds play Dungarven in the junior cup. Our seniors went down 14-11 after leading 6-0 at halftime and would have been disappointed not to have been further in front the second half saw clonmel go ahead wit 2 try’s Bruff replied with a try their own and similar to the previous game crossed the line on 2 occasions but didn’t get any reward.

Our 2nds entertained Dungarven in the 2nd rd of the junior cup and came out on top in a very entertaining game on Sunday Bruff with a blend of up and coming young players with a mix of some more experienced players played some lovely rugby scoring 4 try’s credit it Dungarven who never gave up

Next Sunday sees Bruff played a very much in form Mallow in Kilballyowen k.o 2.00pm

And this Friday evening also in Kilballyowen sees out 20s take on Old Crescent in the league ko.7.30 pm

On Saturday our seniors take on Clonmel in Kilballyowen ko 2.30 in what is a huge game in the league. With so little between teams a win would move us up the table, Please come out and show your support for the lads.

Sunday sees us take on Dungarven in the next round of the junior cup in Kilballyowen at 2.00 pm

There was no winner of our lotto last week next week it’s €1500 for €2 per week show your support for the club.

Last Saturday saw our 20s take on Dolphin/old Christians in a must win league match Bruff got off to a great start with an early try from Jamie Ahearne converted superbly by Adam o Dwyer Adam increased our lead with a smart drop goal. Tony o Connell touched down for us to go in at h/t 15-0 ahead. Credit to Dolphin who hit back with a try early in the second half. But Bruff hit back with an excellent try from Niall Mitchell, and the game finished 20-5.
