To comply with Covid 19 restrictions and facilitate the possibility of an actual Live meeting, the executive committee has postponed the Date of this Years AGM to Wednesday June 9th. This will hopefully allow for a full meeting following further lifting of current restrictions.
All duly proposed and seconded proposals for Notices of motion and nominations for positions as per the Club constitution to be with the Secretary by no later than 8:00 pm on Wednesday June 2nd.
