The U18’s suffered defeated for the first time this season away to a fancied Newcastle West. In what was always going to be a tight affair Bruff came out on the wrong side of a 14-12 scoreline. Dylan Reeves Wasik scored 2 trys for Bruff with Kevin McManus kicking a conversion. The 18’s will be hoping to bounce back to winning ways this weekend when they face Richmond away on Sunday
The u16s travelled to Abbeyfeale on Sunday and had a big win over the home side. Bruff had tries from Martin Carew, John Bateman, Danny Gleeson,Jack O Malley, Jason Fitzgibbon and David Carroll with John Bateman kicking a number of conversions.They are at home on Sunday to Ballina Killaloe
